Wolverine Property Management's online Tenant Portal is called RentCafe.  RentCafe has been developed by Yardi Breeze Premier.

Tenants in RentCafe can do the following tasks/functions;

  • apply for one of our vacant rentals
  • pay your rent
  • print your own rent receipts
  • create Maintenance Tickets
  • upload documents to Wolverine PM
  • view/download a copy of your lease agreement 
  • view/download a copy of other documents 

Tenants

RENTCafé goes beyond helping tenants find the perfect place. It assists tenants in managing their new rental effortlessly. Tenants can log in securely to their Tenant Portal where they can make online rent payments and create maintenance requests. Tenants can also keep track of payments by checking their status and history.

Tenants can download the free RENTCafé Resident App, available on both iTunes and Google Play. The app allows tenants to log in securely to their tenant account and manage their apartment information and services from anywhere, 24/7.
