You may make payments right now in real-time   24 / 7 / 365

Online Wolverine Portal Payments

If you applied to rent your unit from Wolverine PM than you would have first needed to have registered in our Online Tenant Portal.   Or... Wolverine Property Mangement may have taken over management of your building after you were living there for a while.  Wolverine PM would have registered you in our Online Tenant Portal so that you would be able to make rent payments, create and monitor Maintenance Tickets and receive notices from us.

Rent Details

  1. Any Rent payment may be made (in part or in whole) by either the Tenant, Co-Tenant or Guarantor.

  2. You may pay all or part of your rent payment early

  3. You may set up AutoPay so that the Online Tenant Portal makes a pre-authorized payment (PAP) which was previously set up by you 

  4. Rent is ALWAYS due by the First of each month.

  5. If rent is late (paid after Midnight on the 1st of the month) there could be two detrimental outcomes

    • You may lose an on-time payment discount / be charged a late fee

    • You may be issued an N4 LTB eviction notice
