Wolverine Property Management takes adherence to all of the following very seriously.  If you are not able to follow the below stipulations then please DO NOT apply.

1. There is NO SMOKING or Vaping inside ever!
2. All terms are 12 months.  If you decide that you want to break your lease early, you will have financial consequences
3. All tenants MUST HAVE tenant liability insurance
4. All tenants MUST sign the lease and provide a scan of their government photo ID and proof of income.
5. If a guarantor is required for a Lease than the guarantor will be required to sign the lease and provide a scan of their government photo ID and proof of their income.
6. First and last months rent is due prior to gaining access to the unit.
