Before you view all of our exciting student properties, please note the following:

Wolverine Property Management takes adherence to all of the following very seriously.  If you are unable to follow the below stipulations then please DO NOT apply.

1. These student properties are NOT party properties
2. There is NO SMOKING or Vaping inside ever!
3. There are NO PETS allowed
4. All terms are 12 months.  If you decide that you want to break your lease early, you will have financial consequences
5. All tenants MUST HAVE tenant liability insurance
6. All tenants MUST sign the lease and provide a scan of their government photo ID.
7. All Student Leases MUST BE backed by a guarantor, who will sign the lease and provide a scan of their government photo ID and proof of their income.
8. First and last months rent is due prior to gaining access to the unit.
