Furniture in a MainCline Residence

Q: What furniture is included in the suite?

A: All bedrooms feature nearly new furniture, including a bed (headboard, bed frame and mattress), nightstand, and desk with hutch and chair. The furniture included in the suite depends on the size and layout of the unit, but generally includes a kitchen table and chairs, counter seating (if applicable), living room furniture such as sofas, love seats, armchairs, side tables and coffee tables, as well as an LED TV.

 

Q: Do I need to bring my own furniture?

A: No, all our suites, houses and bedrooms are furnished with quality furniture. (see above)

 

Q: Is a dresser provided in the bedrooms?

A: No – but there is space to bring your own

 

Q: What is the size of the mattress?

A: Single.  The mattress measures  81 Inches Long x 39 Inches Wide

 

Q: Is the provided mattress good?

A: The mattresses are good!

 

Q: How new are the mattresses?

A: The mattresses were purchased from the manufacturer in August 2015 for 1100 

and in August 2014 for 1098 & 1084.

 

Q: Who provides the bedding?

A: The resident does.

 

Q: Can I bring my own bed?

A: No.

 

Q: Can I bring my own desk chair for my room?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Can I bring my own couch or loveseat?

A: No.

Q: What furniture is included in the house?

A: Nothing, this house is rented as NON-furnished.  You / your house mates bring it all.
