Security at 1100 Main St W.

Q: What doors are locked at the 1100 Main St W residence?

A: The outside FRONT entrance door has an electric lock system that each resident will be issued 1 key fob for.  This is the

     only door you can enter the building with.

     Each suite will have a combination lock system on the suite door.  Each resident of the suite, will be issued the combination

     number for that suite. 

     Each bedroom will have a combination lock on its door.  Only that resident will be issued the combination to that bedroom

     door.

     The rear building door is self locking and is only available to leave from.  Tenants can not enter via this door.

 

Q: Can the combination to a 1100 Main St W suite or bedroom door lock be changed?

A: Yes – but it will cost the individual requesting the change, a service fee to have a tech come to site and make the change. 

Currently, the fee is $75 per change plus HST, payable in advance.

 

Q: What is CCTV?

A: CCTV is Closed Circuit TV surveillance. 1100 Main St W has a CCTV system recording 24/7, all the common areas, in order

to protect the residents and the property. 

 

Security at 1098 & 1084 Main St W.

Q: What doors are locked at 1084 & 1098 Main St W residences?

A: Both the front and rear outside door locks have dead bolts and knob locks that are keyed alike for each house.

    Each individual bedroom, has a key door knob lock.  Each resident is issued an outside door key and their individual room key.

 

Security at 202 West 2nd Street

Q: What doors are locked at the 202 West 2nd Street residences?

A: Both the front and rear outside door locks.  The front door is the normal entrance door and it is equiped with a combonation

button lock.

    Each individual bedroom, has a key door knob lock.  Each resident is issued an outside door combonation and their individual room key.
