Is there a shorter term then 12 months for a lease ?

A.  All of our Student Housing rents for a minimum of 12 months.

We sometimes have tenants that desire to Sub-Lease their rooms for a shorter

time period than our 12 months.  They usually are in the 2 to 4 month range.
