Just a quick note to say that our company has been a tenant at Nyberg since 2015 when the building was just being renovated. Our needs were modest and Wolverine PM was able to accommodate our space needs at the time. However, things changed quickly with our startup and our needs grew. Wolverine PM and their team were flexible enough to work with our timelines, our growing needs and our construction schedule. Nyberg St has continued to be a reliable location for us with good access, good parking, and good facilities. The landlord has continuously improved the facility over time and its better today than it was in 2015. We're happy to provide this feedback for Wolverine Property Management.
