• Pre-site inspection of the rented/shared spaces before occupancy.
• Post site inspection of the rented/shared spaces at the end of the occupancy.
• Ensure that cleaning prior to new tenant moving in is done efficiently and cost effectively.
• Ensure that deficiency repairs are completed in a timely and cost effective way.
• Ensure timely billings to existing tenants for deficiencies caused by those tenants.
