The Wolverine Property Management online portal is the preferred method of administering tenant payments.

The ‘AutoPay’ feature is a convenient option for tenants. This feature ensures that rents are never forgotten. The ‘AutoPay’ rents are processed the morning of the due date by the online portal all without human involvement. We also still accept cheques, post-dated cheques, wire transfers and cash.
Wolverine Property Management manages the collection of late rents, notifying a Property Owner by the 10th day of any delinquent rents. We will start the eviction process if required, based on discussions with the Property Owner. The option of a Property Owner predefined trigger is available if preferred.
We keep an up to date ledger of each tenant, showing receipts and expenses for that tenant over the term of the lease agreement and any renewals.
Year-end rent paid receipts on behalf of the Property Owner will be provided to the tenants as required.
