Your tenants will have emergency access to the Wolverine Property Management team 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
This service includes an initial analysis of the issue(s) involving direct communication with the tenant initializing the request. We do this prior to sending out a solution for the problem, as sometimes things can be mediated with a conversation.
Initial requests for action are first analyzed prior to being acted upon. This has the potential to drastically cut down on a costly middle-of-the-night repair that could be postponed without any negative consequences until a weekday.
The quicker we respond to emergencies, the better for everyone (Property Owner, Tenant and Property Manager), but we still must be prudent because it's your money.
