Negotiate, engage and advise on the services of contractors & service providers.
Carry out regular on-site visits.
Supervise and administer the following, on behalf of the Property Owner;
- Cleaning of common areas
- General maintenance
- Building repair, as required
- General grounds maintenance, including parking areas
- Snow removal & salting
- Fire alarm, smoke/CO2 detector, fire extinguisher testing
- Pest control, as required
Regularly make suggestions to the Property Owner for unusual building repairs as needed.
No service or expense is approved by the Wolverine Property Management team without the prior approval by the Property Owner.
