Provide oversite on behalf of the Property Owner to the entire property.

Manage all of the various systems that provide security and protection for the
property:

• Locks and lock boxes
• Keys, lock codes, door fobs
• Mailboxes
• Alarm systems
• Surveillance systems

Annually recommend for the Property Owner’s approval, rent increases as
market conditions, lease agreements and regulations permit.
