FAQ: How do we screen prospective tenants?

  1. We review Equifax’s evaluation.
  2. If required, we perform employment checks.
  3. We evaluate whether the Tenant can service their projected debt ratio.
  4. We call the supplied Landlord references.
  5. We also conduct a written online fact-finding interview with the prospective Tenant.
  6. Once all of the above is complete, the manager reserves the right to select the prospective Tenant who will be the best fit.

All screening criteria requirements can be established in consultation with the Property Owner.
