FAQ: What access does Wolverine Property Management have to the Property Owner's bank account?
Wolverine Property Management will set up a virtual account for the handling of the receipts and payments on the Property Owner’s behalf. We refer to this account as the Owner Account. We work from the Owner Account all month long and then do an AFT transfer directly into the Property Owner’s bank account as payments are due to the Property Owner.
We do NOT have access to the Property Owner’s private bank account.
