FAQ: What access does Wolverine Property Management have to the Property Owner's bank account?


Wolverine Property Management will set up a bank account for the handling of the receipts and payments on the Property Owner’s behalf. We refer to this bank account as the Owner
Account. We work from the Owner Account all month long and then do an e-transfer (or write a cheque) to the Property Owner’s business account as payments are due to the Property Owner.

We do NOT have access to the Property Owner’s private bank account.
