FAQ: How do we handle maintenance requests from Tenants?

 

One of the major components of the Wolverine Property Management online portal is a maintenance section. If a

Tenant has a maintenance issue they go into the portal and start a maintenance ticket.

The portal is available to each of your Tenants using whatever device they prefer - smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC.

 

Maintenance Ticket System

 

The Tenants are required to answer some basic questions that help us understand the issue. It’s easy

to add some quick pictures taken by their phone to the ticket. This helps us assess the situation.

We then follow up with the maintenance ticket within 24 hours, unless it is an emergency.

Emergencies are handled immediately.
