We are the owners of 2 homes, 1 parking lot and a multi-unit residence with 41 rooms to manage. Early on we realized that the management of the properties was not without its difficulties. Wolverine Property Management took the reins and made the transition seamless. They manged every element of the properties, from filling the available spaces to implementing the on-line student portal which allow the residents to manage payments and contracts, file maintenance tickets and even access the specs for the appliances in their units.
