Hello Robert, Just wanted to let you know that all your hard work is beginning to pay off. I have had at least five separate neighbours complement the building on separate occasions. Saying it's cleaner, the sketchy characters are not in and out as much, police aren't coming as often, it's all together getting to be a good building. Just this morning one neighbour had said he was thinking of selling his house because he has young children and of all the shady things that were going on at # Xxxxxxxx Ave S, but now he's happily staying with his family in their home.
