Utilities - MainCline Residences

 

Q: Will I need to connect utilities?

A: No. Cable, high-speed wireless Internet, and utilities (water, electricity, heat, air conditioning and hot water) are all included in your lease and will be connected prior to move-in for your convenience.

 

Q: What about Landline Telephones?

A: If you require a landline, you will have to arrange to have it connected and arrange to receive and pay for the billing.

A telephone is not included in your lease.  (Landlord is required to pre-approve any installation of a telephone land line)

 

Q: What about Satellite?

A: No, we do not allow satellite service.
