FAQ: Is the Property Owner notified of non-payment of rent?

 

If the Tenant has not paid the rent, we will contact the Property Owner at a predefined time, as set by the Property Owner, to make them aware of the situation. It may take up to 10 days for us to reach the Tenant by means of telephone, texting, email or a personal visit. Prior to seeking a recommendation from the Property Owner, clarification for the non-payment will be sought from the Tenant.
